Nowadays, our kids are exposed to a ton of technology and are stuck in a world of overstimulation, info overload, and an increase in busyness. Being in the moment is important; that's why Studio 3:30 is the perfect after-school creative hangout for kids ages 8-12. Each Tuesday afternoon, students can immerse themselves in art, music, and good vibes while enjoying light snacks. It also goes further than that. These kids will have help with practicing focus, engaging in creative thinking, and improving their confidence. • When: Tuesdays (Ages 8–12) • Time: 3:30–5:15 PM (Arrival can be between 3-3:30, doors are open!) • Seats: Limited to 14 Seats • Pricing: Purchase monthly packs (Example: $135 for all Tuesday classes in August) Monthly Agenda: • August - Landscapes • September - Self Portraits • October - Still Life & Harvest Here’s what you can look forward to: • Keeping Topics & Mediums Fresh: Our monthly class rotation keeps things fresh and inspiring, and each month brings something new. Students explore a wide variety of mediums, including sketching and drawing, acrylic painting, watercolor, ink, mixed media, dot art, and seasonal crafts like macrame, woodcraft, and more. • Creative confidence & Skill-building: Students are encouraged to develop their own artistic voice through guided projects that allow for personal expression, experimentation, and creative problem-solving. Also, each project introduces age-appropriate techniques and artistic concepts that help students build strong foundational art skills while having fun. • Process & Individual Creativity: We emphasize creativity, exploration, and learning through the artistic process rather than focusing solely on the finished product. While projects are instructor-led, students are encouraged to make creative choices and add their own unique style to their artwork. • Supportive Environment & Collaboration: Our studio fosters a welcoming atmosphere where students can explore new ideas, take creative risks, and celebrate one another's accomplishments. • Take-home Masterpieces: Students complete a variety of projects throughout the month and bring home artwork that showcases their developing skills and creativity. Also, students have opportunities to share ideas, learn from their peers, and build friendships.
