Join Caroline from Hot Mess Bakery for a festive and hands-on cookie decorating class where you will create four holiday themed cookies using royal icing in multiple colors. Caroline will guide you step-by-step through a variety of decorating techniques including piping, flooding, layering, and adding the finishing touches that make your cookies look polished and professional.
Caroline has been baking and decorating royal icing cookies for more than 15 years. What started as a fun holiday tradition with her mom has grown into a full home bakery business that now includes custom cookies, cakes, and specialty desserts. She loves sharing her knowledge in a fun and approachable way, no matter your experience level.
