One color. One misty, moody landscape.

In this watercolor workshop, we’ll work entirely in Payne’s Gray, using different values and layers to create depth, atmosphere, misty mountains, distant pines, and reflections on the water.

Working with a limited palette is such a great way to really get to know watercolor. We’ll focus on water control, soft edges, layering, and creating depth while learning just how much you can do with one beautiful color.

Nikki will guide you step by step through the painting, while still leaving plenty of room to make the landscape your own.
